General Conditions
Maximum Occupancy per Room: 3 people, including children
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Cancellations: In case of no-show or cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival, we will charge the value of one night of your stay. In case of no-show without notice, the reserved rooms will be released for sale the morning following the scheduled arrival date.
Reservation Guarantee: A deposit or a valid credit card number at the time of your stay is required to guarantee your reservation. We reserve the right to request a pre-authorization to verify the validity of credit cards. Advance payment will be required from any guest unable to provide a valid credit guarantee.
Disturbances: Any behavior or noise likely to disturb the quiet stay of our guests is prohibited.
Smoking: The hotel is a non-smoking zone. The anti-smoking law is a public health law that protects the health of employees in workplaces. Smoking is prohibited, even with the window open, in the rooms, as these are the employees' workspaces. Failure to comply will result in a room restoration fee as outlined above.
Pets: Well-behaved and clean pets are welcome at the hotel. Pets whose behavior disturbs the peaceful stay of other guests will not be accepted. Pets should never be left alone in the room. The guest is financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets. If the condition of the room upon departure prevents it from being re-rented (odors, fur, etc.), the restoration fee will be charged at the rate mentioned above.
